Service Description

Thank you so much for considering Your Day Wedding Services to be apart of your special day. We will be honored to coordinate the management of your rehearsal, wedding day celebration, and reception. As your Wedding Day Coordinator, our objective is to make your wedding day as stress-free and smooth as possible. Please fill out the Information Form so that we may be more prepared for your special day. Description of Services : *2 Consultations with bride and groom prior to wedding in person or by phone. *Talk with vendors *Coordinate wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception. *Rehearsal with entire wedding party the day before the wedding. Two hours or less for rehearsal. Everyone in the wedding party is asked to be present at the rehearsal. *Day of Ceremony. Everyone in the wedding party is asked to arrive at the wedding site two hours before the wedding is to begin. *Day of Ceremony: Coordinator will ensure seating has been reserved for important guest. Assist with corsages and boutonnieres, ensure best man has rings, ensure bride and bridesmaids have tissue, check for things like pen for signing the guest book and a lighter for the unity candle, and ensure that things are running smoothly and on time. *Reception: Coordinate setup and décor, centerpieces, cake knife, seating cards, gift table, cake cutting, tossing of bouquet and garter, favors, etc. Verify floor plan and number of guest seats at each table. Coordinate timing with caters. Coordinate receiving line and introductions. Make sure that things are running smoothly and on time. Day Coordinator will be at the reception for a minimum of two and a half hours for the reception. *All gifts and personal items collected will be given to the designated person chosen by the bride or groom. *Wedding Coordinator is not responsible for clean up. *Wedding Coordinator does not decorate.
